I do not recall the original numbers of the slow jet and main jet in my 2003 FXD. I had a Dynojet kit installed prior to delivery of the bike.
I do have a post in the Forum regarding my dyno run however. It may help in the long run as I am going to open up my CV to seejust what is inside it, as the dyno chart shows a lean condition even with the Dynojet installed.
Stock jets were 45 slow and 190 main. A 50 and 200 would be considered very abnormal with what you have. Most people get good results with stock jets and the 27094-88 Sportster needle. The straight part of the Sporty needle is richer than stock and makes a difference up to about 1/4 throttle. I ran the stock jets and Sporty needle in my '03 Dyna for 3 years until just recently, swapped it for a Mikuni. I'd be checking for a vacuum leak at the carb to manifold or manifold to head seals.
Did your dyno operator suggest anything? A WOT dyno run isn't necessarily a good indication of anything other than the main jet.
Your peak hp and torque are about where they should be. What does the torque curve look like and how does the bike run?
You did not mention in your post, and if you haven't yet, pull the plug and adjust your fuel mixture screw, that will take care of it. 48 is plenty large pilot and should not be the problem, most go from 45 to a 46 with no issues.
