I've got a 00 Ultra with upgraded cam, lifters, oil pump, and a power commander - just had the work done and it has been running extremely well. However, I'm getting the engine light intermittently. Sometimes it comes on and goes back off, other times it stays on for a few minutes at a time. There's no change in performance that I can tell, and I cant nail down a particular time it will come on. Oil pressure, voltage are within normal ranges. My mechanic put it on diagnostics and got no errors. Could it just be a sensor gone bad, or is there something else I should check?
