Not the best pipe selection for performance and you didn't mention fuel management. A typical Stage I upgrade accompanied by a good fuel management system like TTS, PCV or SEST and a good dyno tune will net you about 10% increase over stock; a little less on the TQ side and a little more on the HP side; YMMV.
Stage I upgrade with a factory remap of the ECM, i.e, the Stage I "flash" in lieu of a fuel management system and tune won't deliver that much of an increase.
A set of Rush or Cycle Shack slipons and the SE air cleaner upgrade won't cost as much and will deliver the same increase if tuned. You might consider removing the catalytic converter from the OEM head pipe but the benefit of doing so is the subject of debate on this and other forums. Personally, I would not buy a bike that ran a catalytic converter but that's just me.
The way to get the best out of your bike, after modifying it, is to have it set up on a dyno. That isn't cheap, but is well worthwhile in my experience. It is amazing how much better a bike can run. Simply bolting stuff on is only part of the process and as djl indicates the wrong mix of parts may give you very little improvement, but a wise choice can be very well worth the expense.
I suggest you consider just what mods you would like, say during the next few months. If you would like to do more than pipes and air filter, save your money and wait until you can afford to do it all in one go.
More important still, spend time finding a local indy with a good track record on dyno tuning and ask his advice. Visit and talk through what you are after with him. If he supplies, fits and dynos your bike you should get a good package and be confident that it will work well. Take his advice on a tuner and don't try to cut corners.

Fuelmoto has proven Stage 1 and 2 upgrade packages for late-model bikes and most guys rave about them.
Other sources could be Fullsac and Kuryakyn, among others. Lots of good companies out there. Fuelmoto is a sponsor of this site.
Your gains will be quite different depending on how extensively you modify the bike or to what "Stage". Most vendors have dyno graphs showing how much improvement to expect.
Almost any air cleaner that does NOT send the hot oily air from the head breather bolts back into the air cleaner will be better than those that do like the big sucker.

Looked at your ad, have a question for you; where is the crankcase/heads vented to if not back to the intake? Could not figure this out from what I rad/seen on your website.
