Price seems decent. I see I need the cases bored, but I was just wondering if this is simple bolt on, or do I need new heads, carb, cam, etc., etc. to make it work?
I would talk to Scott @ Hillside here on the forum as to how big you can safely bore a set of Evo cases. Stock is 3.498". Most big bores that I'm familiar with are 3.625, (3 5/8".) These 100" kits claim a piston bore of 3.875"?
Sounds like you'd be losing an awful lot of metal, ( and strength.)
Your heads would probably bolt up, but you'd be defeating the purpose leaving them stock, IMO.
I would think you'd be ahead of the game to consider an 89" stroker kit instead.

The kit comes with Jugs, no boring of cylinders necessary.
I looked into case boring for a big-bore kit a few years ago, before buying my 107" S&S and concluded the only safe way was to replace the cases with aftermarket ones. I haven't come across anyone on HDF who has used one of those kits.
We have several HDF sponsors who tune engines, including Hillside. I suggest contacting them to discuss what you would like to achieve and what is practical.

Your crankcases are too weak in our experience for that kind of power. Why not leave it at 80"'s and go with a stage 3 or 4 kit, 90-95 foot pounds of torque with great street manors and not over stress those crankcases.
Yes, 90-95 hp, and 90-95 ft/lbs is a walk in the park with an 80" Evo.
Beaucoup' of those in sevice as well, but those 97"ers..............sure are fun.
