2004 Electraglide whine

I have a whining in the motor. It is in harmony with the motor, sound goes up and down with the RPM. I have had it to HD for a listen, they thought it was something in the chain case. I pulled clutch and primary, took back to HD, they replaced the bearing in the clutch after re-assembly, same noise. While apart, I pulled stator rotor, all look well, no rubbing marks. Bike has 15K miles. The noise is all the time, clutch in or out, in gear or out ...

What is the condition of the cam chain tensioners and cam bearings? Would be the next place I would look.

Have you owned the bike since it was new maybe previous owner put gear drive cams in it.

No, I have owned it one year. I was in Sturgis last week, rode it all week, 1800 miles total. The noise started on the last day. I bought it with 10k on it. I changed to synthetic in all holes this spring & the bike now has 15K on it. The bike is stock except for slip on mufflers.
