It is not necessary to pull the cylinders to change out the heads. If you are careful when removing the heads you just need a couple of 1/2" PVC pipe couplings. Use two head bolts at opposite corners and as soon as you remove one head, secure the cylinders to the case with the head bolts and the couplings. This will prevent bumping the cylinders accidentally and breaking the cylinder to case seal at the o-ring. Have done this multiple times without issues.
