I did the search on the forum and found nothing that could actully answer my question. I'm hoping you kids can answer it. Here it goes. Can a carburator off of a 95 Ultra go onto a 91 Softail Heritage? I believe they were the same size engine.

You should be able to go from the ultra to the heritage but not the other way. The difference should be the attachment and mount for the cruise control cable which isn't used on the heritage.

That's what I was hoping to hear. My buddy has the Heritage that is having Carb problems. My Dad has a Carb he took off of his Ultra, but he totaled that thing and now we have this Carb sitting in a tool box. I'm just glad I have a good use for it. It should still be good, all he did was replace it with an S&S. It was working fine when he took it off.
