check engine light
Hi all. My 2009 Streetglide check engine light came on while riding, and I lost significant power. Shut it off, and it restarted ok, but now the light comes on after restart and stays on for about 10 seconds, then goes out. Bike runs fine otherwise. What could be the cause? Thanks!

From what you are saying you have a history code. It will stop showing the history code after the bike has been started I think it is 50 times or if you have it cleared. I have over 93K on my Ultra and done the same thing as yours once or twice and never had the problem again. If the light comes on and stays on you have a on going problem. Unless you keep having problems I would not worry about it.
