Default Thunder max problem!!! Help!! Fxdf

(TRANSLATION Google)
I will try to describe my problem!
I live in Russia! I have a Harley Fat Bob FXDF 2010 (K & N, ThunderHeader 2in1)
I chose the module to model my motorcycle and bought it. For my Harley suitable module № 309-485, with delivery to Russia I paid $ 1600!!! BUT WHEN I CAME TO MODULE FOUND THAT IN THE BOX 309-485 WRITTEN, AND ON THE UNIT № 309-460 (Model No 309-460)!!!! I contacted support and they told me that they are compatible, but all the same it's not nice!
Now the main problem! I installed the module, loaded the desired card and everything was very good work! The bike was just great! BUT! I drove about 600 miles, and then one morning motorcycle bad wound, Chek Engine caught fire and died when I was to go, there was a detonation at a set rate, difficult to start the engine! I looked up the error codes on the speedometer motorcycle, it was P0132 and P0152 which means bad oxy sensor! When I got home, I cleaned the unit and loaded the map, then made all the settings, everything worked well again, I drove Ridding Session: 1) drove 25 miles on the 0.5 throttle, the engine stopped, then started, it's okay 2) started gone another 25 miles, 0.7 throttle, the engine stopped, began to start the engine, the engine wound up badly! Then again caught fire exact same error P0132 and P0152!!! I'm not lazy and again shook the map passed, but just as bad!
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I make the collection of data and send to Support! But I understand, after all the downloads or installations, MOTORCYCLE WORKS WELL BUT AFTER A LITTLE TIME (START AFTER 3) it throws an error and appear DETONATION!
ME NOW difficult to get back to America, I DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO IT! MAY BE DAMAGED OR MODULE SENSORS! MAY IS NOW A NEW PIERCING MODULE 309-460??
Batteries and all the wiring I HAVE IN ORDER!
I installed SERIAL MODULE AND KEEP DRIVING!
BUT I WANT TO BIKE TO WORK PROPERLY!
If anyone encountered this problem HELP ME!
I am very upset, it's more money for me!

Make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. The ThunderMax needs to have a good ground.

You get trouble codes with the ThunderMax through the software that came with the unit.

Connect the TMax to you computer and under Module Configuration open Diagnostic Codes.

What map did you load?

The battery power is great! I bought new batteries. I used the card number 853, it just sent me from support! Yes, I know about the program, I saw the error codes, cleared them! wound up the bike, and 20 miles after the start of the new engine, they appeared again (on the speedometer bike too (check Engeni))

Do a Data Collection run and email it to Zippers. It will help them figure out your problem and they will either adjust your map or recommend a different one.

Yes, they told me to do the same. I will disassemble the bike again and set the module. by Fat Bob to do is not easy.
When all is done and send it to support, then I will write here that would help someone in the future on this issue.

In the meantime, if you haven't already done this, download the Smart Link tuning manual and see if you can find something. Might be in the diagnostic section.

The problem is that my module is connected only with the program TMaxI Tuner. I tried many times to establish a connection with the program SmartLinkIV Zippers but did not succeed, because the drivers are not installed and the module does not see it. I am with computers.
The worst thing is that the bike after the first installation works fine, but when did the trip, at the first or second time the problem starts, it was then when the bike is warm. I think everything points to a rich mixture, it is probably the parameters in the fuel map. Even if I'll do anything and everything will work, I now do not know how to behave in a module at any time on the road.

Does the Tmax have a serial port or a USB port?

If it has a serial port, what brand of USB to Serial adapter are you using?

Is the computer 32 bit or 64 bit and what OS does the computer use?
