I post on a local board and there is a sticky in the classified forum. Title is *Member Feedback*. You make a new post to the forum and ask for feedback. Then if you want to buy something from a member you do not know, you can search the forum for his user name. Works well on a much smaller board, not sure how well it would be on a board with this many members.
