Same problem here.
To get around it, hit the little curled arrow to reload the page, then right click on the pic instead of left click, and "open in new tab". Pain in the butt, but at least you can see the pics.
I haven't figured out why it's happening either.

Also, I'm trying to do a thread in the trips section and it won't let me upload pics to the sight. When I hit the "upload" button, it goes to a page that says that it can't display this page. What the he!!???
