Can somebody PLEASE tell me where the friggin 'New Thread' button is?!

Go to the section you want, off topic, off topic videos, what have you. Look above the top of the subject threads. Maybe one says see what's for lunch, look straight above that. There might be another thread, keep looking up. You will see a black pad that says new thread. Noname

Really? To open a new thread you simply toggle up to your CP (make sure you're logged in) then on the left side of the screen click on the activate thread drop-down menu. A series of editing options will appear. The edit/create tab is the second one below the edit your avatar option. After selecting your avatar you will be able to create new threads but not more than two per day (since you have less than 50 total posts).
