Does it take for a "new member" to be able to post an item for sale?
When I try to do it, it says I don't have enough privileges or my account has not been activated.
Any idea?
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum from Canada. Do a search and you should get an answer. Someone will reply that has an answer for you. Good luck.

As described in the HD Forums rules and at the top of the Classified section, you need to have 5 posts and be a member for 30 days before you can post an ad. You don't meet the 2nd requirement.

The answer to your question is posted just above the Classified section.
