What you could do for the time being is copy/paste the More Smilies page content into a word document (see image below) and have that stored. Once you need a favorite smilie just open the word document and copy/paste the code into your post...

"Unfortunately this is not possible. You could remember the smilie code for your favourite ones though and insert them manually inbetween matching colons on either side with no spaces. The smilies can be globally re-arranged, but not for specific members."
