How do you delete this window?

What is a "Question Window""?

Go to the top right corner of the page. Under your name, find the tab that says "Log Out". Click that. Now, in the very upper right corner, click the "X" to close the window.

It's only supposed to show up if you're not logged in. As long as you log in, no window.

Bingo, I've experimented and when I'm not logged in, I see a question window also. When I log in, the window is gone.
