Default Question about PM file

The answer is probably right in front of me, sorry if it is. But, at at 91% full on my pm's.
Can I delete several pm's from my file log or do I have to click on and do it one pm at a time?

Thanks in advance
chappy

Hi Chappy-

When you are in your PM's-on the top right click the box "messages" and it will check off all the boxes within that day. Then go down to the drop down box at the bottom of your page and click Delete. It will delete all of your pm's. If you want to save a certain PM- uncheck that one.
