Default Stuck with forumn posting e-mail

When I first started in this fantastic forumn, I clicked in "My Prodile" to have forumn postings notifications sent to my email. Now my mail box is inundated with notifications. The problem is I cannot unsubscribe to email notifications to postings. Would one of the ADMIN's please help me? My mail box is over it's size limit almost daily due to the popularity of this site. Thanks.

Tim

If you go into your profile and select a different choice in Subscription Preference, that should do it!

Click on My Forums, then on that page click on My Subscription. Go to the bottom of the page and uncheck the ones you don't want email and uncheck the ones you don't want at all.
