Can’t get to the site from my computer, but I can on my phone. Is it just me?

There are major internet issues today. One of the top tier providers (Level 3) is having backbone issues. Wreaking havoc everywhere,

Yeah, everything appears to be back to normal. Though, I wonder why I could reach the site on my phone, but not on my computer.

Think about the internet as a highway system, multiple on and off ramps, multiple ways to get from point A to B. The route your computer took had a road closure. The route your phone took found a detour.
