Slow thread loading
Just curious what is affecting the slowness of some threads to load lately - the HDF server seems to hang for a number of long time outs before finishing the loading of a page of a thread - is it related to all the animated avatars people are all of a sudden using, all the smilies in posts, large sig pics, or new server? Have not noticed any improvement this week, and in fact, much here seems to be slower. Just my observation, and I'm on DSL. Other sites don't seem any different lately, so suspect it's not on my end. Thanks!
