Tagging not working
For some reason, I do not receive notices when I've been "tagged" with one of these @FLYING_BURRITO_BROTHER
I looked thru user settings for anything related to this and have come up empty handed.
What am I missing?

Scroll down first column to Edit Options. Click.
Scroll down middle column to -
You can choose to receive a Private Message Notification every time you are tagged in other users' posts.
Click the little box.
