Changes to HDF - October 2022
I typically use "New Posts" to view the forums. I only have one complaint about that and that is the "Welcome" threads, an over abundance. It comes with the territory and if that disappeared, it'd be even better than the invention of peanut butter
But on occasion, I do want to use the whole forum menu. The most glaring change I've seen is "Off Topic" and losing the ability to drill down to the individual sub-forum be it Food and Grill, Humor, POD, etc. Some screenshots below.
For me, and not speaking for anyone else, "New Posts" works 99% of the time as a solution as I always see the touring sections, M8, maybe road trips, a non-stop menu of interesting things.
Maybe some others will express their thoughts
So the drill downs, as mentioned. The "Queens of the Road" made it to the four you first see under Off Topic but has had less than a dozen posts in the last year. It could be that this would draw more attention to that area, and if that was the goal, then so be it.
None of this affects my paycheck btw
Hell, they even put it below food and sports and 15 floors below the sewer.
It belongs at the very top Just like it is at Adventure Rider and It shows exactly how they feel about motorcyclists.

we also have a project in the works which will enable you to filter forums out of the ‘new posts’ shortcut.
I find scrolling throughing boring pics, takes longer, but that goes with modern society that posts picture of their lunch.
Getting to subforums on phone in the past was annoying on some forums, having to go to full site for all options. I really have nave not loked lately. I don't try to read all the posts, and follow a handful.
