Why is it rambling to ask why you hold your view? Can you not put into words why you voted a certain way?
As I said, I think stating year, and what you want to talk about in your title should be enough to steer traffic, and when you start splitting things to much less people see it. I am also a bigger fan of engine than model. We have so many threads my softail or FLH won't start, when all M8s have a starter and same sensors.
Suit up? what are you batman? But it beautiful day, and I got a ride planned with friends.

Why do you continue to harass @gonemad in this thread?

How is that harassment? I asked him to put into words why he voted a certain way. You need to get out of your SafePlace if you think that was harassment. But lets be honest, you are lying. You don't think that is harassment you just want to throw accusations around.
A political figure in a speech said you are in our sights, those people were hair on fire they threatening to kill us. We all know they were lying. They knew what they meant, but chose to lie.
But why derail this thread? I am just curious why someone has an opinion. Free country they can have a different opinion than me. Maybe there needs are not getting met, and they feel they need a subforum, and the if the person who owns this place wants to add one they will. But I still can have an opinion that may or may not change based on who people articulate their views.
Since it's being discussed we can leave it in place for now.
Thank for the response!
Good idea. And for sure welcome to the sometimes wild wild HDFORUM sometimes.
I think I see your point from a standpoint that you want to focus in on one. However, it could get very limited since how many active members own a 2024? Now by 2030 if say 24-30 was your section, that may be different with enough USERs.
I know the Sportster section is composed of a long time span of them. I enjoy the tech side and have gathered 70 service manuals for my hobby here.
Yet I still had to start a note book of the change for a year to decide what part may be the issue. Just going to the BCM made a huge number of changes.
Some of those you mentioned as changes have been around awhile. Throttle by electric wire for sure unless you think 2024 version is some new version.
Like the Sportster, same for EVO and TC and now the M8.

I posted in the poll thread as well, but didn’t actually vote in the poll. I am a no vote and I do own a 24 road glide. That said, and as I said in the other thread, one with a 2024 FLTRK has a bike that wouldn’t necessary apply to the changes as those models were carry overs and don’t have the IFCU, new fairings, etc. I just think the sub forums get to be too much. People don’t post appropriately anyway and a lot doesn’t get moved.
