Password Changes
I can't log in, when you send me a temporary password it works but when I change it to a new password, that password will not work...I did message you about this but got no reply...what am I doing wrong?

Just a thought from a USER like yourself.
A person not long ago with the same problem was using a special character in his password. He was getting it mixed up with a very similar one. Think it was one of the bracket type characters.
