Hi - I'd like to reference a user in a post with the "@" symbol so they get a notification, but if the user namer has a space in it, and the part of the name after the space makes it too far down the list that pops up, and that list is a static size, apparently, so I can't make the reference. Am I doing something wrong or is there a different way to do this? Thanks!
@Jackie Paper It works when I mention you because you appear in the list, but for example when I'm trying to mention Steve Cole, I type "@steve", I see the pulldown list but he does not appear in the list to choose from.
The list is aphabetical, but wont scroll further past the As as you can see here

Mine does similar to what you are saying. When I hit the space bar, it drops the window. But as soon as I hit the C, it reappears.. On an Galaxy S24 Ultra Android using Chrome.
Only saved it as a screen shot so I didn't poke Steve Cole.

Is a bit of a shortcomings. If you were just searching, would not show any options as soon as you hit space.
Noticed another quirk. I can proof read and proof read and Google will change something on a save. Then when I bring up edit, if the post is long, this phone can't decide what area I am trying to drag down.
I jump to advance and drag it and it only let's me drag it that limited popup before moving whole screen.
Then I hit previews and, move to another area if it needs editing.
That just started a few months ago.
