JBaker,,first of all..thank you for taking the time out of your day to help.
OK, the Thumbnail size (more on their page) makes sense to me, I get that. This is a new uploaded picture to photo bucket...original size before upload was: 726x486 @ 118KB
The second picture (same one) also a new upload to photo bucket original size is: 3872x2592 @ 7.07 MB
Obviously I reduced the first one..as the larger one takes some time to upload to photo bucket,,and is huge..
So..here goes..
726x486
3872x2592
Welcome. It appears that perhaps pb has a limit of 800 wide? I NEVER upload or post anything larger than 700 wide because big pics make the pages scroll, as this one is. It's OK for this experiment imho, but for normal posting huge pics are a pain.
Look at my Crater Lake pic above. Right-click on it and choose Properties. You should see that it's 700 wide and plenty big for this purpose, I think.
I changed the setting in phoot bucket to: 640x480 Large..
One more time..and Thank You
EDIT: Perhaps the setting had to be changed before the upload,,that is why the one is still big,,but the second one..was uploaded after i changed the setting in photo bucket. I think I understand now..
Again...I appreciate you time and help...
