Seems for about the last week or so this I cannot get on the siteother than the home page as a guest. All the sites I frequent all work fine, its just hdforums. Its starting to bring back badddd memories.......memories of the old software and its failures.

Whats up? The message is always that the higher ups who own the site are being notified. Are we on another crumbling road here?

I believe they were doing some maintenance here last night, don't know your problem, I haven't had any problems getting to/on the discussion forums. We did made a change in the last week that you can't view member profiles or other certain member only attributes unless you're a member and logged in at the discussion forums.

Try clearing your cache and cookies then google for HDF and create a new link, also you must log in at the discussion forums and not the new home page.

There is no comparison to the old software we had and the v bulletin we are running now, this is so much better than what we had before, we will have times that site maintenance will have to be done and various site changes (tweaking) for new sponsors upgrades etc. which all sites have to do from time to time.

May I ask how you got online here today, you said you couldn't get on in the last week, did you do something different?

The site gave me the finger this morning bout 7ish so I used it to hit the red X.

Got in no prob 15 min later.

It did this last week for bout 2 hours in the early AM.

U R right about VBB. We went one further and changed over to Linux. Windows SQL just gave us fits.

Hope you've been well.

Mike... u using XP?

Has your box slowed down in the past few months or so or pop ups hitting you more.

If so, download this, update it, run quick scan.
