So Im reading the thread "What does 1% mean exactly" & I went to hit page #2. It said I cant go in there!
What up with that???

Sometimes you can simply close that message out then hit the back button on your browser and it will take you to that page anyway. It's worked for me before...

Then sometimes a thread gets deleted completely, and is no longer available, so that message appears once more. The 1% threads lead to more problems than they are worth handling by the admins, that is a possible reason for no access.

Hatch more than likely the thread got locked by an moderator. Most all 1%er and law enforcement threads end up that way.
