Moderators.....Site is slow loading......again!
I was kinda messing around with Google Chrome on another computer and I have a question about one simple task I noticed to be different in performing, that being, what if I want to save a site to favorites? I usually right click, add to favorites, done, but I didn't see this option when using Google Chrome. Did I miss it? Thanks

I was starting to type that GC bookmarks are not as intuitive as IE Favs, but once you get them in there they are there...
Upper right hand side of screen there is a wrench...click it...check off box that says "always show bookmark bar" and then click on Bookmark Manager...
You should have 2 screens showing...left hand column shows bookmark hierarchy with bookmark bar listed at the top...
Right hand window shows bookmarks which will be shown in bookmark bar, once you add, and will be along the top of your screen...
Now just copy the complete address into this right hand window...it will then show up in your bookmark bar at the top of your screen...
So bookmarks in GC are like favorites in IE...
I have yet to download GC into this netbook I'm using, so I can't give you more detail until thats complete, it won't happen today thou...
See if from what I've described you can get further along than where you were & let me know if I gave you enough info to keep you going...

When I try to load a thread it works ok, but replying is terrible on my laptop. It gets to the Submit reply page, and it is EXTREMELY jerky, scrolling is delayed, and moves erratically and the delay on clicking is about 3-5 seconds! LOL
I need to get a new laptop I guess, mine is about 7 yrs old.

My wife is a network manager and knows the best of the best and we have it. Several times a week I just leave for another site while waiting for a page.
