I've printed this at least a hundred times. I'm sure it's probably already in this thread too. Before you even TRY to post a picture on HDF go to your User CP (upper left side of page on blue toolbar) and click on it. Scroll down to "Edit Options" click on it. Now scroll all the way down to the bottom and change from "Basic Editor" to "Enhanced." If you have not done this then HDF will not allow you to post pictures. While you are in your User CP>Edit Options you can set your time zone and how you wish to view HDF. There are all kinks of neat tricks in there.
