Good Advice above but if you don't understand the whole Photobucket thing just do as advised and click on "Go Advanced" at the bottom of the post (before you post it) and then scroll down to "Manage Attachments." You can then browse and pick your pictures from your "Pictures Folder" and upload them as a thumbnail which is great for selling a bike. You can pm me for assistance if you can't get it figured out and don't worry about it. I get tons of requests for picture help.
Hey guys... I keep trying to post pics from photobucket but everytime i do, a link to photobucket appears in the post instead of a pic. Does anybody know what im doing wrong or what step i am missing?

I added the image codes to your url, just close up the
last one where the star is. The next time your in photo-
bucket, click on the IMG code, the last one down.

Huge thank you to you Snarly. I'm originally from Long Island so it figures a New Yorker would help me out.. Next time you visit So Cal, we'll ride up to the Rock Store so I could buy you a beer..
Thanks again, brother....
Stash, let's start at the beginning. You need to download your pictures to your computer. What method you use would depend on your camera and computer, but let's say you have actual photo prints. You would need a scanner (often part of your printer), to scan the picture, and then save it onto your computer's picture files. Most computers come with a photo program. Click on your picture, and the program should open. Go the the edit feature, and resize the picture to no bigger than 640 in either width or heigth, and then resave the re-sized picture as a JPG file.
Now, when you have posted here, just click on the "Go Advanced" box below. Then click on "Manage Attachments." Click on "Browse" and locate the picture on your computer, and click on it, or "open" it. Then click on the "Upload" box, and if everything is okay, you will see the link to your picture. Close out that window, and click the Submit Reply button.
Your picture will be attached as a thumbnail. Those with slow computers will appreciate the thumbnail, rather than loading a full size picture from Photobucket.com, which takes forever to load on dial up.
