I cant seem to up load a new avatar. Im sure its within size limits but i get a error writing to disk.
The avatar is 100x63 and 20k, it should go.........right
You wouldnt happen to be using a mac would you? I was thinking that might be my problem.
It shouldnt matter whether your on a Mac or a PC...provided that the file you are trying to upload is the correct file type and within the file size limit. Can I make a suggestion? Try posting the picture you want to use as your avatar in a thread...and see if one of us can upload it. If it works for us, then that will help eliminate some of the possible problems. More to the point, if it works for us, we can get one of the admin to post it up for you.

It's uploading for me....and I think you may try following these instructions on how to upload your Avatar......it may help you figure out what your doing wrong. You cant use a picture that's hosted on a website as an upload. You have to physically have the picture on your computer....
I fixed it in your above post. You did not put the image brackets around it [IMG][/IMG]. You don't need to do that in the avatar upload though. Give it another try and then pm me if you can't get it to work.
