Signature Pic won't Show

Yes everything looks the same except the upload pic in the upper right corner. I have put multiple pics in the box.

So..your saying everything looks the same except
you do not have the blue link that says "Insert
signature Picture." But you do have a pic showing?

That is correct. I can load any pic into the box but I never see the "upload pic".

If you upload your signature pic from your hard disk, you could use MS Paint to re-size it, save it and re-load the smaller picture version into your user CP.....
