Check your profile on HD Forums to see if it allows email to your computer, Checked is to allow email right under your name.
With the changes you made and the name change here , maybe something is changed!

I agree with TCSTD. try going into your profile & del anything that is associated with email, then retype it in. If no one can send you an email from their direct like TCSTD did then it won't work. You need to get with your ISP & have them figure that one out 1st
