The easiest way is to have a photobucket account. It's free and pretty easy to use.
http://photobucket.com/

Then you can just "copy and paste" a code for the picture.

To elaborate, once you get a photobucket (or flickr or smugmug or picasa account) you need to copy the direct URL to the picture, which ends in ".JPG", then click on the little icon that looks like a mountain and a sun, and paste it there.

You can post a picture from anywhere in the internet. The key is that it is already posted and exists somewhere and it does not matter where.

You simply find the image you want to include in your post, put your mouse pointer on the picture, right click, then choose "copy image url" by clicking your left button.

Then come back here and you will need to click the "Insert Image" tool in the advanced menu. When you press the "insert image" icon, you will get a box that will allow you to paste the image location from the clipboard to that address line.

Do a post preview and you should see your image.

If I wanted to post a picture of Danica:

This picture came from a newspaper website. Hope this helps.

In your post or reply click "Go Advanced", find the paper clip icon (add attachment), click on that & a new window will appear. Click "Browse" to locate the picture on your computer. Select the picture file & click "upload". It'll take a couple of minutes to upload, then the window will show "upload complete". If you want to upload another picture, repeat. When you're done close the window & upload your post or submit your reply.
