Default '15 Slim Fork Oil Level/Weight

Had a post in the Softail section but not getting much love. Swapping forks for some powder coated lowers on my '15 Slim and wanted to see if you guys knew (or could recommend) the fork oil level to refill dry? Also, I can't find what the stock fluid weight is to make a determination on what I want to refill it with. Thanks guys for any tips or help.

The correct fork oil details should be in your owners manual. When doing a job like this it is worth getting the factory service manual, as it will tell you all you need to know, plus stuff you haven't thought of! You'll get your money back on this job alone.

Nope...no reference to weight, quantity, or any servicing info other than the reference on the table for the interval. Says take it in. I agree with the service manual, but I have what I need for this job...minus the quantity and what the factory weight (or recommendation) is.

Rats - I checked my Buell manual, which has more details. I don't have the same bike as you. but the service manual really is the right thing to get!
