Powder or Ceramic Coat a frame?

Powder or Ceramic Coat a frame?
I am currently rebuilding a 1980 FXWG - it is down to the frame and I want to have the frame recoated.
Standard procedure would be to blast it and then powder coat it. Easy enough.
But I also have a local vendor that specialises in Cerakote ceramic coatings. He is doing my jugs and various other bits.
So I wonder if this is suitable for the frame as well.
Does anyone have any advice here? The ceramic coating is thinner than powder and I guess is pretty durable....

Thanks!
It's going to get blasted anyway, and the same shop will powder coat it for not much more money anyway. So I think I'll go that route for ease.
Spoke to the ceramic coat people and they say as the ceramic is so thin, it would show imperfections in the frame surface, which powder would do a better job of shooting over....
