Wink Remove forks 2015 ultra

How do I go about removing the forks on 2015 Ultra so I can install Progressive Spring set? Do I have to remove anything from the fairing area to get forks released from the triple tree?
I know I have to remove the wheel and possibly fender and loosen the pinch bolt, but is there more?
Any videos or manuals available on how to do this?
Thanks.
