Default Need new forks for 09 night train

Looking to get new forks made for my night train. I put a 23 on up front and it raised it quite a bit so want to get some inverted forks made and lower/rake it out to be correct. ANY info would be appreciated. Rake angle, tube length, etc. Company to use.. anything.

Sits super high now.

If you want it back to "stock" , why not subtract the difference in radius of tires from the fork tubes ?

no, not back to stock. Probably an inch or so lower, plus a slight rake. Just want it to have the correct trail and not walk, like it seems to do now.. I haven't done any measurements being as I'm out of town so am unsure what direction to go. Figured someone with a similar night train would have an idea on a correct set up.

Anyone? Any thoughts on correct rake for the trail if lowering an inch or so under stock? Has 23 in front wheel.
