Default How to straighten my springer?

I have '96 Badboy which I was involved in a small accident with. While I didn't hit anything with my front wheel, the springer somehow ended up getting a big bow in the ridgid fork of the springer (on the brake side). Needless to say, the entire front end is twisted and unridable because of the bow. I'm thinking I should be able to straighten myself it in the press... but before I proceed, I was hoping someone here could give me some pointers and "watch-outs".... I realize, if I make one mistake the springer will be fried.

HD doesn't make the springer anylonger (per my local HD dealer).... Other options I was considering was to send it to a machine shop....

Thanks in advance.
