I ordered these boots on line but through a bad series of events, I can't return them. These are Danner Ft Lewis combat boots, insulated, waterproof, made in USA.
They are a size 10 1/2 wide, but they fit more like an 11. I wear a true size 10 1/2 for every other shoe and these are just a little too big. I wore them a couple of times on the bike. They've been sitting in my closet ever since. They are essentially brand new.
I paid $269 for these

These boots amaze me. I bought a pair of these boots at the clothing and sales at Ft Lewis back in the later half of the 80's. I've had them resoled twice and still wear them. I remember back then I paid $135 for them and they have been the best investment I have ever made. Even though I need to have them resoled again, I still wear them to this day.
You say they're insulated, but the link you posted is to the un-insulated model. LMK which ones they are and I'll see if I can try on a pair at the local store. I'm also a 10 1/2 W and am very interested in them, if they'll fit me correctly.
