Did the same thing...Softail to touring. No regrets. For me Softails are beautiful machines and look really cool, but are not near as comfortable on long hauls. I put a lot of aftermarket cash into the Heritage getting it more comfortable and it still wasn't where it needed to be. Traded for the Limited and added backrest and highway pegs. I can ride all day. Enjoy the new scoot.
