on my old bike I used the 45rpm adaptor for my tank emblem. People would get the biggest kick out of that. Guys would walk up and smile and say "I know what that is!"
I have only been on this forum for about 4 months, but this is the strangest thread, and the most unexpected hijack, going in the most peculiar direction one could ever expect.
I used "one" so the grammar police didn't gig me!
Love this forum. Love my Harley. And I am an old, fat guy with a leather jacket, and no tatoos.....yet!
[I thought this may have been aimed at my post]
The sad thing is most of us were born and raised in this country, and EDUCATED in this country. What did they learn in grade school, when they don't know the difference between 'stereo type' and 'stereotype' ..How many times have I seen people that don't know the difference between 'to' an 'too'.
'whether' and weather' and on and on... And these people have graduated high school, gone to college[not collage] btw,and gone on to become successful, maybe very successful.
One forum I read there's a guy who consistently uses 'defiantly' rather than 'definately'.
My rant over!!
...and those that do not know the difference between "an" and "and".

The resurgence in vinyl is one of the hottest trends in audio in the last several years. Believe it or not, almost every new CD released is also released on vinyl.
Of course, some of us never lost the faith.
There is a richness in vinyl that just is not there in digital formats. Most people can't tell the difference. Although I can, it is hard to beat the convenience of digital formats. Prior to our last move, I sold my turntable and vinyl.
