Anybody else hear this term,,,when refering to a twin cam.....heard it today,,,thought it was special...

 

Been callin' 'em that since '99.

They've got a lotta good points about 'em, but I think they're getting really close to being the first "throwaway" engine HD has produced.

T.C., Twin Cam, Fat Head, Twinkee, all the same, just names. i'm sure ther will be a few more monikers for this engine.

 

I love twinkies espically the filling mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

don't twinkies have a half life of like 100 years or something, isn't that a good thing?

 

I've heard the term, but mostly from non-Harley folks. Most riders call it the Twin Cam.

Around these parts a "twinkie" is a rump ranger..... I ain't going anywhere NEAR that!!

 

 

Exactly!! Everything I've heard,..is they are the best engines ever put out by Harley.

 

Just serviced one,,,they look like a sporty on steriods,,,even has an oil pan,,,run smooth too...way too smooth......
