I have the fp3 on my bike..canned map works great. I consider V&H and HD like brothers so to speak. V&H does work with HD more than others, so I felt confident when I ordered the fp3 and I was'nt disappointed. As for the SERT or the SEPST and dyno, thats great to have that option too, but for a ham n egger like me I'm satisfied.
First FP3 is a flash tuner. Second I love mine. And I don't need a laptop to access or tune. Using phone is sweet. Last weekend I met a guy with V&H ac ,fp3 ,power duals and HOs. Now I did not see his sheet but he said that his fp3 showed 88 hp and108 tq. His dyno run ,just a run, showed 90hp and 107 tq. As I said I didn't see the sheet and the dyno run wasn't a tune just a check, but those numbers are close enough for me. I'm going riding with him this weekend if weather holds and hope to learn more. I haven't experimented with mine yet and our set ups are different but he is into the details of the FP3 and I'm hoping he can lead me in the right direction.
I just received my FP3 yesterday, and will be installing along with a new Bassani RR and Big Sucker combo. I was a bit proactive and contacted V&H on suggested maps, and they said A generic exhaust is a good place to start. I was thinking the Road Rage system was closest to the Prop Pipe, but I guess the generic and Auto Tune is what they suggest. Anyone using the FP3 with Bassani?

I have a FP3 and recently considered switching to a Bassani road rage exhaust. I sent an email to customer support through the app on my phone and had a reply the next day. They recommended using the map for the pro pipe with standard baffle and then running a few auto tune sessions.
Thinking of picking one up even though I haven't touched the intake or exhaust yet. I'm reading it can help the horrid stock lean tune from the factory, cut some decal and make it run a little cooler. Has anyone had this experience with this and the stock set up?
Kngpn, I think I'd call V&H on that 'cause their stock maps are based off high flow AC and pipes. But I'm sure they could probably accommodate you somehow.
Today I just installed an FP3 with Rush slip on mufflers and an HD high flow AC. I then rode 140 miles to test it out. I just got my bike a few days ago but I can say it runs a lot better than stock. Very smooth with minimal decel pop. I want to get a handlebar phone mount now so I can monitor some data.

Actually no, now they have options for stock configurations
