The weather broke today And was able to ride to work again YES! with the cost of gas it's nice to be on the scoot again. Nice crisp 28 degrees sunny no wind a perfect ride big smile all the way to work.
Looking forward to that myself. We're finally supposed to get into the 60's this weekend. I save a fortune in gas riding my bike to work instead of taking the truck. Plus the bikes a lot more fun.
Yep, I got to ride to work for the second time this year today! 40 degrees is the lowest I like to ride, and thats what it was this morning. I can't ride in tomorrow, because my new exhaust is getting dropped off at work tomorrow. But I am taking a half day so that I can install the exhaust, and get a little riding in Wooo Hooooo spring is here!
I couldn't. Well, I could've ridden TO work, but I would've gotten soaked on the way home.
I've had it so good lately, I'm not gonna complain. I'll take a day in the car so all you guys who NEED to ride can do so.
We Californians need to remember and appreciate that most of our precipitation is liquid and not frozen. But dammit, I'm spoiled enough that I haven't ridden my bike in three days and it's killing me. So I understand how you guys in the frozen tundra must be suffering.
I'd drive the car on a sunny day if it would get you guys a chance to ride a day earlier this year. OK, did that sound like I wasn't lying through my keyboard ? Just this last paragraph. I meant the first few .
Me too. 32 degree's. 40 miles @ 0330AM.It was nice. Been raining forever. At least it feels that way. Going to ride to work every day now that the weather has broke. Damn New England!
