Since a cruiser needs an engine guard for most to add the pegs, I just get the HD mustache engine guard or Lindy's. Just put my feet over them on long trips and it works great at about half the cost.

On my 10 Ultra I just put my feet over the lowers and it worked well also. Thanks to the rider a few years back on I-90 in South Dakota that I saw doing that. I gave my son the Kury set that I was going to put on. Later I saw him using the lowers on his Ultra instead of the pegs.

Cruise e-bay, the classified forum here, swap meets.

Last set I got was an older really good set, like new condition, from ebay...think I paid 35 bucks including bus fare.

Getting older ones you can get better quality than much of the cheaper (quality wise) pricey stuff now like Kurysucken.

I have these on my Sportster, and I like them a lot. I plan to put them on my Ultra Classic as well when I get a chance.
