Looking for some blacked out highway pegs. Anyone know of any? There seems to be just chrome out there. Want something comfortable, not just a steel rod.. Any suggestions?

Just picked up a set...p/n 49312-10..these are from the "Edge-Cut" collection. Might not be what your looking for though cause they are round. I almost held off on them because of that, but gonna give them a try(I'm looking for more of a heel on footboard, toe on highway peg so should be ok). Will be installing them on my limited later on today.
I just went through the same thing - I've powder coated most of my stuff, but when it comes to pegs...not so easy becasue of the rubber. I found a set on eBay finally...they just cam in today. Try to search for black foot pegs and see if there is anything you like...here are a few: http://shop.ebay.com/huskymotorcycle....c0.m270.l1313
these look really nice.. very curious to hear your ride experience with them.
Alright...Took about an hour to install, I used the HD 360 mounts, and took my time to get them the same height/location on both sides....Got lucky this time, (on my 06 Ultra I had to ride a few miles, stop, and adjust a few times before i got them where I felt most comfortable), this go round they were spot on!!! I'm liking them alot. Note that I have the HarleyGoodies Floorboard Extensions installed also, and can't say enough good things about them, and that they were one of the best investments(for me anyway) to improve comfort! Although I didn't go very far (that will be tomorrow), I got them right where I want them (can rest heel on floorboard, toe on peg. Or entire foot on peg...perfect!
I really like the look too, I have the "Edge-Cut" floorboards, shifter pegs, and brake pedal pad. I also switched out the horn cover for the blacked out one, and my Rhineharts are the black ones. My bike is the two-tone with the black on the bottom, and my original plan was to black out all the chrome, but I'm kinda leaning towards leaving it as is for now cause I'm liking the look, and have been getting alot of comments about how good it looks.
