I've got a Train so that's what I would advise you get, having said that if I sold it I'd get a newer Wideglide which I preferr to the old one, you've just missed out on a nice NT that Guildford Harleys had, they sold it a couple of weeks ago as I recall.

Personally, if it was my choice, if it was possible, I'd try to find a place where I could test ride each bike and then make my own choice as to comfort and handling instead of letting somebody else tell me which bike to buy but that's just me.

Probably, but that doesn't have anything to do with why I'm not a fan of the Softail line.

Each '07 n up NT i see for sale seems either over priced or maybe just highly desirable.

I love both of those bikes; owned a NightTrain & been kicking myself for ever selling it.

If the WG was an '05 or earlier, I would hafta flip a kern.

06 & later I wouldn't even consider. I DO miss my Train.

Ding ding first right answer. You won't have any question after test ride.Once again I don't know how someone could give you input on what yourself tells yourself after riding both.Unlike a blonde or a red head until you ride each one you don't know. You can change a woman's hair color in an hour but can't change the ride till you change bikes.

This. You'll notice a lot of folks here are Dyna fans OR Softail fans. I'm on my third Dyna, so while I think most of the Softails look great, I'll never own another one only because I prefer the feel of the Dyna (and Touring) over them. You've got experience with the Dyna, so ride the Train and you'll know quickly if it's for you or not.
