I've been using this since late 09 & the only problem is putting them on over my 13WW boots. I can take them off over my boots but can't put them on. I've never had any issue with them flapping around. Good luck in your search. http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/hi-vis-rain-suit
I just used my HD rain gear last weekend over 500 miles of wet weather but this time I put it on at home and it wasn't too much of hassle but oh boy try doing the pants on the road side and those Velcros will drive you crazy. I was shopping at Dick's sporting goods today and found these pants in fishing dept. by Field & Stream has zipper on the bottom only minus velcro tried them putting on with riding boots wasn't bad at all but have to wait and see the performance. Wife has Frog Toggs light weight and easy to use but still never used those in the real rain.
I have a set of frogg toggs that work very well. Easy to get on and off over the leathers and boots
and I stay completely dry. They pack down into a very small stuff sack that makes it easy to store on the bike. The down side is they have no heat shield on the legs and they burn almost instantly against the pipes. They sell a heat shield kit thats supposed to work for around six bucks. I burned the first set and replaced them only because they now sell the shield kit.
My TourMaster Defender is the best suit I have ever found. Several years old and not easy to find anymore. It is a 2 piece and you could buy jacket and pants separately or together at the time. It is easy to put on and take off. Has all the options I wanted and packs down small into a small pouch that comes with it. it is about 8 or 10 inches square and only a couple inches thick when properly packed. I have seen them on amazon still for between $80-$100
I carry two plastic grocery sacks. put one over boot and pant slides right on. take sack off. other foot. good to go. guess you could leave sack on for water protection.

Engraved Rebellion: Inside Bundnerbike's Glam Rock II
We use the HD Hi Vis Rain Suits, (mens and womens version) We rode a solid 150 miles of heavy rain and light t-storms last year and neither of us got wet. She has no windscreen on her bike either. I rode about 100 miles of heavy t-storms 2 weeks ago and didn't have any issues. As much as I hate to look like a brand fanboy the Harley rain gear is good stuff. In cooler weather I use Alpinestar drystar gloves, for warmer weather I have tourmaster drymesh gloves. The Alpinstar is good to go, haven't tried the tour master gloves yet but it looks like they'll get a workout next week.
