It is EXTREMELY nice to see some proper bobbers in this thread. Well done, gentlemen. When some snot-nosed kid, talking about some skinny-tired monstrosity, tells me "Well everybody calls this a bobber nowadays" I ask them a simple question. I even made a meme for it...

had an old girlfriend that also used to like to ride motorcycles!! she was quite the "bobber!!"

verb (used with object), bobbed, bobbing. 9. to cut short; dock: They bobbed their hair to be in style.

So what if it's after a woman's haircut? People used to be a lot less uptight regarding all things Harley.
